Led by yoga instructor and local mom Lisa Price. Reconnect with the muscles in your pelvic floor through yoga, bellydance, PT movements, and the latest in neuroscience. This workshop will leave you feeling refreshed and energized… and confident in how to best take care of your pelvic health for years to come!
This 3-hour workshop is available with any donation to Athens Parent Wellbeing. Recommended donation is $45. Suitable for all genders, and any stage of pregnancy. Children 13 and up are welcome, although there will be frank discussion of pelvic anatomy. Bring a yoga mat and bottle of water.
