Our fearless leader, Monira, founded reBlossom in 2010 after her daughters Miriam (10) & Nadine (8) were born. She was a photojournalist turned ESOL teacher, so why not start a business dedicated to families making the transition to parenthood? The Silks love to travel, explore nature and play dress-up with their dog, Sweet Pete, and their chatty cat, Gabby. True story: the first words her husband ever said to her were, "Will you marry me" in Arabic!
Naomi co-founded reBlossom with her daughter Monira. More than anything, she cherishes her close-knit family, which includes five grandchildren, plus two great-grandchildren!
Naomi is an artist who is from Ohio, but has lived in New York, Kuwait, and London. Her favorite thing about reBlossom is meeting all the wonderful mamas, grandmamas and babies who visit, and knowing that reBlossom is making a difference in the Athens community.
Lali first came to reBlossom for breastfeeding help when her daughter Lea Marie was born, since then she's found reBlossom to be her home away from home. She loves meeting new moms, getting to know their kiddos and for some reason finds birthing stories very interesting. She's very passionate about breastfeeding and can tell you about all the products that worked for her. Lali can teach you about carriers and loves babywearing because it has made her life so much easier!
Lillian is mom to 3-year-old Charlotte and 1-year-old Samuel. She loves traveling and experiencing new places with her family. Lillian is a former elementary school teacher and happens to be a native Athenian!
If you're curious about how to get your kid to potty train young, ask her how she did it!
Lillian loves helping parents find the things that make their life more enjoyable!
Sarah's the fashion forward mama of a 2 year old toddler that never stops. This 3rd generation UGA alumna has made a name for herself on social media through her love and knowledge of fashion. Sarah heard of reBlossom by word of mouth while pregnant, came in and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere of our quaint shop and the meticulously curated products and brands we carry, which led her to join the marketing team at reBlossom. She also rocks a job at Aldi.
On a mission trip to Nicaragua when she was a teen, Elizabeth was told by one of the leaders that love and service are the most important things. Since then, she has been guided by those words to give back to those who have loved her in her lifetime, including the team at reBlossom when she was pregnant with her son Clark (2) and then Judah (5 mo). She has an Environmental Health Science degree from UGA and loves all the eco-friendly and fair trade products reBlossom offers! A native of the Swiss Alps, she enjoys doing things outdoors with her family, gardening, and listening to interesting stories.
Elizabeth's secret favorite product is ThinkBaby Sunscreen. She was so glad to find reBlossom carried a vegan & safe sunscreen option for babies that she didn't have to research for and it smells amazing.
